Important Procedures on arrival:
- Ensure your dog is on lead before he is removed from your vehicle.
- Keep a safe distance of at least 1.5 metres from all other dogs when checking in.
- Minimum age to be the handler is 12 YO but with parental supervision.
- Dogs are not to be tied up unattended at any time.
- Carry poo-bags for your dog at all times.
- Bring treats.
- Only closed-toe footwear allowed (OH&S)
- Due to privacy concerns, Photography and Video recording is not allowed under any circumstances at any venue
- Please carry a face mask with you. This may be required to be worn if our instructors do any one on one work with you and your dog
As we have always done, we will be complying with all regulations set out by the Victorian Government and DHHS.
We ask that everyone remembers to socially distance and remain 1.5 meters apart at all times, and hand sanitiser will be available at all venues.
Each of our instructions will have a copy of the QR code to check in with, and we trust that our customers will do the right thing and use these QR codes.
The Victorian COVID-19 vaccination rollout has been quite controversial and has led to many people forming strong and differing opinions on the matter. We support your rights as an individual with your own beliefs and ideologies but we do request that all conversation surrounding COVID-19 be left at the door when attending our training classes. We are here to provide our customers with the best possible experience and service that we can offer.
We wish to promote an engaging, joyful environment for you and your dog and we would hate the pandemic to ruin anyone’s time at one of our courses any more than it already has.
